The ceremony spot overlooks an acre pond that has a fountain in it and a gorgeous backdrop of trees. Depending on the season the leaves on the trees could be a brilliant green or different variations of vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows. Through whatever season though there is sure to be a stunning backdrop no matter what! We use white folding chairs to accommodate your guest size.
Ceremony
Under the portico is a great space for cocktail or mocktail hour. This is an area where your guest can greet one and another, sign guest book, and wait for the reception to start.
Portico
The Reception Area
3000 square feet of indoor space that is climate controlled, has tongue and groove cedar walls, and beautiful ceiling beams with uplighting. This indoor area can accommodate up to 150 people and it provides a perfect place for the couple and their loved ones to gather to eat, dance, and continue on the celebrations. There is a caterers “dry” kitchen with a stainless-steel stink, a refrigerator, and an ice maker. The “dry” kitchen has its own entrance for caterers use. There are two bathrooms with full length mirrors located on the left and the suites are located to the right.
The Suites
The bridal suite is located just inside the venue to the right. It has 4 lighted stations and a full-length mirror for preparing for the big day. A sitting area with natural light. Mini fridge and wet bar, connected to a private bath.
The groom’s lounge is located separate from the venue space and offers ample space for our groom and his party. With a private restroom, TV, minifridge and climate control.
The Venue
The barn was built in 1988. It had 4 horse stalls and dirt floors. We made a lot of memories in this barn with our daughters Morgan and Hannah. And we hope many of you will make lasting memories here as well. The barn sits on 27 acres and overlooks an acre pond, just outside of Gainesville GA. It’s 3000 square feet of climate controlled, with tongue and groove cedar interior. There is a caterer’s “dry” kitchen with its own entrance, stainless steel stink, refrigerator, and icemaker.
